Charlie Spice Angels must be capable of engaging and entertaining discerning, high-net-worth clients at the highest level, across a variety of social and private occasions.

Rates

Charlie Spice Angels are permitted to set their own rates.

Rates must accurately reflect:

• Your experience and presentation

• The exclusivity of the Charlie Spice Experience

• The premium nature of our clientele

Management reserves the right to review rates to ensure brand alignment.

Commission

All Charlie Spice Angels are required to pay the agency a 30% commission on all bookings secured through the Charlie Spice platform.

This commission covers client acquisition, vetting, marketing, and concierge support.

Payment

• In most cases, clients pay Angels directly in cash

• Commission owed to the agency must be settled within 24 hours of the booking

If a client pays the agency online:

• The agency deducts its commission

• The remaining balance is paid to you immediately via:

  • PayPal

  • Bank Transfer

  • Other approved payment methods

Privacy & Discretion

• All Charlie Spice Angel profiles are strictly private and confidential

• Profiles are not publicly visible

• If a booking request matches your profile, your permission will be obtained before sharing any photos or profile details with a client

Discretion is mandatory at all times.
