1. Charlie Spice Angels must sign up free and add their profile to the website CharlieSpice.com.
   
   
2. Charlie Spice Angels are allowed to set their own rates.
   
   
3. Charlie Spice Angels must publish their rates in their profile.

4. Charlie Spice Angels who must pay an agency commission of 20% to management for each bookings referred by the agency.
   
   
5. Commission is payable upon completion of booking.
   
   
6. Charlie Spice Angels are allowed to retain all money received from clients as tips.
   
   
7. Charlie Spice Angles must not establish or maintain any direct contact with our clients for bookings purposes. All bookings requests must be channelled via management.
   
   
8. Management reserves the right to discontinue this partnership at any time.
   
   
9. Charlie Spice Angels reserve the right to discontinue this partnership at any time.
