These Terms and Conditions govern the relocation and work arrangements for girls seeking employment in Barbados with the Charlie Spice Agency. They are designed to safeguard the interests of the Girls (Charlie Spice Angels), Clients, and the Agency.
1. General Requirements
- Angels must hold a valid passport.
- The minimum working period with the Agency is 1 to 3 months.
- Each Angel must create and maintain a professional profile, including photos/videos, on the following platforms that feature Escorts in the Caribbean:
- CharlieSpice.com
- EuroGirlsEscort.com
- bb.atlasescorts.com
- MassageRepublic.com
2. Services Provided By Agency
Accommodation
- Complimentary accommodation (1–2 persons per bedroom).
- Utilities (electricity, water, internet) are covered by the Agency.
Promotion
Promotion to target the clients is the responsibility of the Agency. However, Angels are expected to promote on their social media networks to boost bookings.
Transportation
- Transportation is provided for client bookings at the client’s expense.
- Supermarket trips (2–3 times per week) at no cost.
- All other personal transportation is the responsibility of the Angel.
Communication
- A local SIM card may be issued for booking purposes.
- The SIM card must be returned at the end of the partnership.
- All booking requests must be reported to the Agency immediately.
3. Rates & Commission
- Angels must adhere to the rates set by the Agency.
- Any adjustments (increases or discounts) must be pre-approved by the Agency.
Commission Structure
- 50% commission on each booking is paid to the Agency.
- Commission is payable to the Agency upon completion of each booking.
- Angels retain all tips and gratuities received from clients.
4. Travel Arrangements
- Angels are responsible for their own airfare to Barbados.
- If the Angel is unable to fund the ticket, the Agency may provide financial assistance.
Repayment is required with 50% interest on the ticket cost.
5. Financial Transactions
- If required, the Agency may exchange Barbados currency into USD at a commission rate of BDS $0.10 per US dollar.
- If required, the Agency can facilitate money transfers (Western Union, MoneyGram, Bank Wire).
- Commission rate: 8.75–10%.
6. House Rules
- A housekeeper provides general cleaning 3–5 days per week.
- Angels must keep their personal areas tidy.
Laundry
- Personal clothing: self-wash (washing machine available).
- Bed linens: washed by the housekeeper.
Property Care
- Any damage to household items or the property must be reported immediately.
- Any damage caused by an Angel must be covered by said Angel.
Booking Procedures
- Angels must not share personal phone numbers with clients.
- All client communication must be via the Agency-issued SIM card.
- All bookings must be arranged via the Agency.
- Angels must update the Agency WhatsApp group for:
- Start and completion of any booking.
- Any changes to client requirements.
Substance Policy
- Purchase of illegal drugs from street vendors is strictly prohibited.
- Any requests for drugs must be handled solely through the Agency.
Client Visits & Appointments
- Only clients are permitted to visit the accommodation provided by the Agency.
- Visits must be by appointment only.
- For in-call bookings, Angels must share the following details with the clients:
- Google PIN location, and
- A photo of the property frontage.
7. Termination & Amendments
- Angels may terminate their partnership at any time. All outstanding debts to the Agency must be settled upon termination.
- The Agency reserves the right to amend these terms at its discretion.
- The Agency also reserves the right to terminate any partnership at its discretion.
By engaging with the Agency, Charlie Spice Angels agree to comply fully with these Terms & Conditions.
