Terms & Conditions (Barbados)

These Terms and Conditions govern the relocation and work arrangements for Charlie Spice Angels in Barbados. They are designed to protect the interests of the Charlie Spice Angels, Clients, and the Charlie Spice Brand.

1. General Requirements

  • Charlie Spice Angels must possess a valid passport.

  • The minimum work period with the Agency is 1 to 3 months.

  • Each Charlie Spice Angel must create a profile and upload photos/videos on the following websites:

    • CharlieSpice.com
    • EuroGirlsEscort.com
    • bb.atlasescorts.com
    • Paid2Date.io
    • MassageRepublic.com

2. Provided Services

  • Accommodation:
    • Free accommodation is provided (1-2 persons per bedroom).
    • Utilities (electricity, water, internet) are covered by the Agency.

  • Transportation:
    • Free transportation is provided for bookings at clients’ expense.
    • Free supermarket transportation (2-3 times per week).
    • All other personal transportation expenses are the responsibility of the Charlie Spice Angel.

  • Communication:
    • A local SIM card may be provided for direct booking requests.
    • The SIM card must be returned upon termination of the partnership.
    • All booking requests must be immediately reported to the Agency.

3. Rates & Commission

  • Charlie Spice Angels must adhere to the rates set by the Agency.

  • Adjustments (higher or discounted rates) must be mutually agreed upon between the Angel and the Agency.


  • Commission Structure:
    • 50% commission on each booking for Angels using Agency-provided accommodation.

    • 30% commission on each booking for Angels who arrange their own accommodation.

  • Commission is payable to the Agency upon booking completion.

  • Charlie Spice Angels retain all tips and gratuities received from clients.

4. Travel Arrangements

  • Charlie Spice Angels must fund their own airline tickets to Barbados.

  • If an Angel is unable to afford the ticket, the Agency may provide financial assistance, which must be repaid with 50% interest on the total ticket cost.

  • A housekeeper will provide general cleaning 3-5 days per week.

  • Charlie Spice Angels must maintain cleanliness of their personal spaces.

  • Laundry services:
    • Angels must wash their own clothes (washing machine provided).
    • Bed linens will be washed by the housekeeper.

  • Any damage to household items must be reported immediately.
    • Damages caused by an Angel must be covered by them.

  • Booking Procedures:
    • Angels must not exchange personal numbers with clients.
    • The local SIM card number provided by the Agency must be used for all client interactions.
    • All bookings must be arranged through the Agency.
    • WhatsApp group notifications must be sent for:
      • Booking start and completion.
      • Changes to client requirements.

  • Drug Policy:
    • Purchase of illegal substances from unauthorized vendors is strictly prohibited.
    • Any requests for substances must be handled exclusively through the Agency.

  • Client Visits & Appointments:
    • Only clients are permitted to visit Agency-provided accommodations.
    • All visits must be by appointment only.
    • Google PIN location and a photo of the property front must be sent to clients for in-call bookings.

7. Termination & Amendments

  • Charlie Spice Angels may terminate their partnership at any time.
  • The Agency reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
  • The Agency also reserves the right to terminate the partnership at its discretion.
